The IOP (Interaction of Processes) module under the Scope section of P3 LogiQ allows companies to add and manage the processes for each facility in alignment with the standards they are seeking certification for, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, R2, and/or RIOS. This module helps track and document processes for different facilities to ensure compliance with relevant certification standards.
Below is a step-by-step guide to using the IOP module.
Once inside, you will see a list of existing processes associated with different facilities and the corresponding standards, similar to the layout provided in the screenshot.
Click the "Add Process" button at the top-right corner of the IOP module.
A form will pop up where you will need to enter the following details:
After filling out the form, click Submit to save the new process.
The IOP module displays a list of all the processes you've added for various facilities. The list includes the following details:
To modify an existing process, click the Edit button next to the process name in the list.
Update any necessary fields in the edit window (process name, facility, standard).
After making changes, click Save to apply the updates.
If a process is no longer relevant or needs to be removed:
Click the Delete button next to the process name in the list.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window to permanently remove the process from the system.
At the top-right of the IOP module, there is a Search bar where you can enter keywords to quickly find a specific process by name, facility, or standard. This is especially useful when managing multiple processes across various facilities.
To ensure that the most up-to-date information is displayed, click the Sync button at the top of the IOP module. This will refresh the data and make sure any recent changes are reflected in the process list.
Maintain Consistency: Ensure that each process is consistently documented across facilities and linked to the correct standards. This is crucial for maintaining compliance with multiple standards.
Regular Updates: Keep the process list updated to reflect any changes in your operational processes. For example, if a new process is introduced or an existing process is discontinued, ensure the IOP module reflects those changes.
Alignment with Certification Standards: Ensure that the processes you document are in line with the certification standards your company is seeking. Proper alignment with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 will simplify audits and reviews.
