Release Highlights

1. New Document Approval Workflow

A major update has been implemented to improve the document review and approval process.
The system now supports structured sequential approvals, including:

  • Author submission as the first approval step
  • Multiple reviewers in sequence
  • Final approver confirmation before activation
  • Clear visibility of pending approvals

This improves transparency, audit readiness, and reduces confusion during document revisions.


2. Improved Document Management Controls

  • Added bulk document permission assignment per employee
  • Added approval confirmation when editing documents
  • Automatic revision creation when approval is not required

3. Navigation & User Experience Improvements

  • Dashboard is now the default landing page
    after login
  • Facility Management moved under Profile settings
    for cleaner navigation
  • Org Chart renamed to Employees module
    for clarity

 

4. Expanded System Accessibility

  • Training Matrix access now permission-based
    allowing non-admin users to view the module when permitted.
  • .ppt file uploads are now supported
    across modules where attachments are allowed.
