1. New Document Approval Workflow

A major update has been implemented to improve the document review and approval process.

The system now supports structured sequential approvals, including:

Author submission as the first approval step
Multiple reviewers in sequence
Final approver confirmation before activation
Clear visibility of pending approvals

4. Expanded System Accessibility

Training Matrix access now permission-based
allowing non-admin users to view the module when permitted.
.ppt file uploads are now supported
across modules where attachments are allowed.
