1. Employee Access Without Email (Major Feature)

The system now supports employee access even without an email address.
Key capabilities include:

• Login using Email or Username
• Username required only when email is not provided
• Admin-controlled password setup for employees without email
• Secure validation rules for usernames
• Password management via profile
• Improved flexibility for organizations managing offline or non-email users
 

2. Enhanced User & Permission Management

• Ability to bulk update employee permissions
• Improved module access control updates
• Added support to archive employees instead of deleting them
 

3. Improved Authentication & Signup Experience

• Logo upload is now optional during signup (defaults to P3Logiq logo)
• Removed unnecessary fields (Industry Type) for a cleaner signup flow
