The module enables you to define the training title, set its frequency, indicate whether it's mandatory, and assign the positions required to complete the training.
This step-by-step tutorial will guide you through the process of adding and managing trainings for your organization.
In this module, you will see a list of existing trainings if any have been created, along with options to add, edit, or delete trainings.
Click the "Add Training" button at the top-right corner of the module.
A form will appear where you need to fill in the following details:
Once all the fields are filled in, click Submit to save the training.
Once a training is added, it will be displayed in a list that includes:
To modify an existing training:
Click the Edit button next to the training you want to update.
Make the necessary changes to the training details, including updating the title, frequency, required positions, or mandatory status.
Click Submit to save the changes.
To delete a training:
Click the Delete button next to the training you want to remove.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window to permanently remove the training from the system.
