Step 1: Access the Trainings Module

  1. Log in to your P3 LogiQ account.
  2. Navigate to the Personnel section and select the Trainings module.

In this module, you will see a list of existing trainings if any have been created, along with options to add, edit, or delete trainings.

  1. Click the "Add Training" button at the top-right corner of the module.

Once a training is added, it will be displayed in a list that includes:

  • Training Title: The name of the training.
  • Training Frequency: The interval at which the training is required.
  • Mandatory: Whether the training is mandatory (Yes/No).
  • Required Positions: The job roles that must complete the training.

Step 4: Editing or Deleting a Training

To modify an existing training:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the training you want to update.

  2. Make the necessary changes to the training details, including updating the title, frequency, required positions, or mandatory status.

  3. Click Submit to save the changes.

To delete a training:

  1. Click the Delete button next to the training you want to remove.

  2. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window to permanently remove the training from the system.


Step 5: Searching for a Specific Training

If you need to find a specific training:

  1. Use the Search bar at the top-right of the module.
  2. Enter the training title or keywords to filter the list and quickly locate the desired training.

Best Practices for Managing Trainings in P3 LogiQ

  • Mandatory vs. Optional Trainings: Ensure that you clearly mark whether a training is mandatory or not to avoid confusion among personnel.

  • Training Frequency: Set realistic and compliance-driven training intervals. For example, safety and compliance trainings related to ISO 45001 may need to be done more frequently, while general awareness trainings might be annual.

  • Ensure All Positions Are Covered: Regularly review required trainings and ensure that all job positions in your company have the appropriate trainings assigned to them, especially when new roles are added.
